- Planning and coordination of technically demanding construction projects in industrial and commercial environments
- Processing relevant HOAI service phases from design planning to execution planning
- Structural engineering, static assessment and coordination of constructive solutions
- Preparation and execution of planning meetings with clients, specialist planners and project stakeholders
- Coordination of internal and external contributions
- Project management with responsibility for deadlines, quality, communication and technical coordination
- Degree in civil engineering
- Specialization or sound experience in structural engineering
- At least three years of professional experience, ideally in project management or planning coordination
- Technical knowledge in construction planning, architecture, structural analysis, steel construction or industrial construction
- Confident use of CAD, scheduling and tendering software
- Clear communication with clients, specialist planners, authorities and internal project teams
- German language skills at C1 level
- Valid car driving licence

TECHNICAL DRAFTSPERSON / CONSTRUCTION DRAFTSPERSON (M/F/D)

As specialists in the planning of industrial and commercial buildings, we are looking for support for our team in Leipzig. We are seeking a Technical Draftsperson / Construction Draftsperson (m/f/d) for CAD drafting, formwork and reinforcement planning, position and detail drawings, and support for our project teams in construction planning and structural engineering.
- Preparation of formwork, reinforcement, position and detail drawings for industrial and commercial construction projects
- Processing of design, approval and execution drawings in CAD, depending on the project in 2D or 3D
- Implementation of structural specifications into reviewable and executable planning documents
- Contribution to the planning of reinforced concrete components in coordination with architecture, structural engineering and project management
- Coordination with internal project teams, external specialist planners and other project stakeholders
- Completed training as a construction draftsperson, structural draftsperson, technical draftsperson, CAD designer, construction technician or comparable qualification in the construction sector
- Confident use of CAD software, for example Allplan, STRAKON, Revit, Tekla or AutoCAD
- Ideally experience in building construction, civil engineering, reinforced concrete construction or the planning of industrial and commercial buildings
- Experience in preparing formwork and reinforcement drawings
- Alternatively, a construction-related or CAD-related basic qualification and willingness to train in formwork and reinforcement planning
- Technical understanding, spatial imagination and a careful, structured working style
- Team spirit and strong communication skills when working with internal and external project partners
- German language skills at C1 level
